Patron Membership Registration

Data Privacy Statement:
Homegrown Local Food Cooperative is committed to guarding its members’ personal privacy to the highest degree possible, consistent with legitimate business needs and legal requirements. Protecting the security and privacy of our members is of the utmost importance. Homegrown Coop staff will not disclose data supplied by members to anyone at any time.

Co-op Membership Policies:

1. Membership is nontransferable, except as otherwise specified in the bylaws of the Coop.
2. Subscribing payment plan Members are committing to an annual recurring billing arrangement.
3. Membership Refunds, Voting Rights & Patronage Rebate Benefits are effective only when Membership Dues are paid in full and Member’s account is in good standing.
4. Through member activity, the Coop exists and the member receives benefits of Coop ownership.
5. Members must comply with all membership requirements as stated in the bylaws of the Coop and the laws under which it is incorporated.
6. Membership termination and recovery of equity is subject to the Coop bylaws.
7. We cannot give credit for your patronage rebate for purchases made during lapsed membership periods.
8. Please bring your Member Card to each Coop visit, so the cashier can quickly verify your member status. Failure to provide your Member Card may cause a delay at checkout while staff check records.
