How It Works - Farm Store
Open to Public. Non-Members Welcome!
Our vibrant, golden yellow Farm Store is open every day (that's right, 7 days a week!) for you. Anyone can come in, meet our friendly Farm Store staff and volunteers, shop for your dinner that evening, or for your household needs for the week. We welcome you to come in and check out our baked goods, fresh and dried herbs, green cleaning supplies, farm-fresh eggs and cheeses, hand-made soaps, and of course, the freshest veggies and fruits in town! There's plenty more, so you'll want to browse around for your favorites.
Once you've fallen in love with our Farm Store, you may decide you want to become a member and receive all the membership benefits. If that's the case, you can easily register online here, call us at 407.895.5559, or come into the Farm Store in person. Either way, we welcome you to come in and see what delights you find while experiencing our warm, inviting store and friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Onsite Parking Behind Farm Store
We have convenient parking in our lot right behind our vibrant, golden yellow Farm Store. You can enter just to the right (north) of the little burgundy building. You can also park parallel up front on the grassy area between the Orange Avenue sidewalk and our buildings. Just be careful if parking up front to make sure your car tires are not touching the City's side walk. If so, they are liable to give you a ticket. We can't wait to meet you!

The vehicle driveway to get into our rear parking lot is located right between the little burgundy building and the brown bricked two story cardiologist facility just to our North. The driveway and entire parking lot is gravel. We have one handicap parking spot that is paved and ADA compliant.

Additional Parking around corner on Smith Street
Just a short walk around the corner on Smith Street is an overflow parking lot. This gravel lot is owned by Florida Hospital and is designated for Homegrown Staff and overflow customer parking. It is located right behind the 7-11 on the corner of Princeton & Orange Avenue, adjacent to the rear of the new Burnham Diabetes Translational Research Institute. Feel free to park here any time our lot gets full.

Just like a typical grocery store, anyone can come shop in our Farm Store seven days a week. Unlike a typical grocery store, our produce is much more fresh being sourced primarily from local farms and artisan producers. Twice a week, we have deliveries from over 50 local farmers and craftspeople. We actually know and trust our individual suppliers, understand their practices and know that their values are aligned with our quest for sustainability. In the other camp, the typical grocery store sources globally over huge distances of time and space, which adds to degraded nutritional values and environmental pollution caused by transporting the produce across states. Despite the appearance, the modern grocery store stocked with an average of 50,000 products is a mere illusion.
